In honor of mama Libong Joanna of blessed memory whose heart desire was to help others, the Libong Joanna Foundation was founded in 2019 and registered in 2020 with a mission to make a difference, began as a small community initiative. Through dedication and a vision for change, our organization has expanded its reach, impacting countless lives over the years.
